Shipping policy

Shipping Area:

We exclusively ship within Australia and New Zealand. Other international countries are currently not available.

Shipping Rates:

A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders. 

Flat rate express shipping is available for $15.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. 

Tracking: 

All shipped orders come with tracking information, which will be provided to you in the dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with your delivery or if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@madmaker.store. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Package Damage:

If your package arrives damaged please refer to our returns policy and follow the procedure for reporting damaged items.
